Smart Start Package

If you know there is an SAT or ACT in your future, but you’re not sure where to start with the prep, this is the program for you!  We will meet with you and your family to learn about your specific needs and goals, give you a baseline test and a private tutoring session to review the questions you missed, and invite you to our classes for two weeks.  Smart Start covers all the needs for some students, but many others choose to continue with private tutoring and/or a WCT Membership when the two weeks are complete.

This package includes a private orientation session for the student and family, a diagnostic test (SAT or ACT), a 1-hour private tutoring session to review the diagnostic test, and a 2-week trial membership for our classes.

Add-ons: 

Mindprint – a game-like cognitive test that will predict your scores on the SAT and ACT and let you know which test you are better suited for.  Adding on this option will give your tutor more information about how you learn, so they can design lessons that are ideally suited to you.

Mathchops – a partner program designed by a test prep expert to build your math skills for the SAT and ACT.  Adding on this option will give your tutor extra resources to strengthen any gaps in your understanding of math.  This add-on is especially useful for students who are scoring 550 or less on their SAT math section or 22 or less on the ACT math section.
