Thank you for coming to the Parkland Library Practice SAT!
Today we will be taking a practice SAT by World Class Tutoring. Make sure you read the following before you start:
- You will need to take this test on your own device.
- You will need to create an account, but you will NOT need a password.
- You will need to access your email to start the test.
- You will need scratch paper and something to write with.
- You should have your own handheld calculator. You will also have access to desmos embedded in the testing app.
- Once you click “START” you won’t be able to pause the timer.
- There will be 4 modules to the test, each approximately 30 minutes long:
- Reading & Writing Module 1
- Reading & Writing Module 2
- 10 minute break
- Math Module 1
- Math Module 2
- Unfortunately we are not able to offer extended time on this practice test. However, if you have applied for extended time through the CollegeBoard and had it approved, you should get that for your official test. For this practice test, just plan to run out of time before you get to the last 3-5 questions. You can go back and try those questions after the test is completed.
