This class can be taken at any time, but it’s a great way to start your studies at Test Prep for Success. We will let you know exactly what to expect on the SAT and ACT tests, such as what topics will be covered, how much time will be given, how many questions will be asked, what the directions will be, and how the tests will be scored. We discuss overall test-taking strategies such as pacing, guessing, and coping with test anxiety. We will even address some of the myths students may hear and should definitely not follow on test day. If you are still unsure as to whether you will take the SAT, ACT, or both, or whether you should register for the optional essay, you should definitely take this class. There will be plenty of time to ask the instructor all your questions. (ACT and SAT)
